Is passing the IFT enough?
Passing the IFT only shows that you can meet the minimum physical standards needed to make it through the pipeline and beyond. Aim to exceed the minimums, not just meet them.
Should I train on my own?
Physical fitness is the cornerstone of being an operator. PT must become a way of life — not a program that depends on being told what, when, and how to condition yourself by someone else. Be proactive and stay ahead of the bubble.
How often should I train?
Training schedules and programs are based on an individual's level of conditioning and their knowledge of the principles and proper execution of the required exercises. Contacting the T3i Developer dedicated to your location can give you sound advice for your current state of fitness.
How do developers evaluate progress?
Candidates receive continuous feedback throughout development based on key attributes essential for success in AFSPECWAR training and selection. Developers assess your ability to perform under pressure, adapt to challenges, work effectively within a team, apply coaching, and consistently demonstrate the physical and mental standards required for AFSPECWAR.
